Last night we went out to eat in Karuizawa because it was Mr. and Mrs. Bauman's 20th anniversary in Japan. They moved here when Jess was just a year old. Pretty crazy. The restaurant we went to was a Yakiniku place, which I guess is where you cook your own food at your table. It was delcious! Definitely my favorite thing I've eaten so far. Luckily Yakiniku places are all over, so Jess says we go to another one later on. I am really loving this town we staying in, Karuizawa. I'm sure I'll have a lot more photos to post soon.

We used to eat at a place like that in Seattle. One of my all time favorite restaurants. Mmmmmm.
